Shipping Policy

All post is packed and sent out the same day for all orders before 12pm (GMT)(Mon-Fri). Any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. All shipments will be sent via a fully tracked service with our trusted couriers Royal Mail and DPD.

Pre-Orders or Wholesale

Shipments can take up to 28 days to be dispatched. Orders where a Pre-Order and item that is already in stock has been placed. The order will not be shipped until the Pre-Order is ready. 

Prescription Orders

Please allow up to 14-21 business days for your frames to be completed and they will then be dispatched via your chosen delivery method.

Free Shipping

In any event that Free Shipping is offered, either through a discount code or general use the item(s) will be sent via standard post. 

Returned Shipments

In the event your shipment has been returned to Belvoir&Co due to incorrect address or attempted delivery/unclaimed for, shipping fee's must be paid again before the order can be reshipped. 

Customs Fees

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties.

If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the Belvoir&Co head office. A shipping & 20% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

By law, Belvoir&Co is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied.

Notes

• Due to the speed that we dispatch orders, once an order has been placed it cannot be amended or cancelled.
• Belvoir&Co does not dispatch orders on UK Bank Holidays. 
• All shipping times are Estimated. Belvoir&Co cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following: Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
